IMHERE Dance Lab blends visual arts, contemporary dance, and aerial flow to create a distinctive physical language that explores movement both in the air and on the ground. Through this fusion, the work seamlessly connects earth and air, translating gravity and flight into a dialogue of presence and expression. Rooted in the Aerial Expression method developed by Natalia Catanea — the practice invites movers to explore fluid transitions, embodied emotional awareness, cultivating a sense of freedom, artistry, and connection between body and space.
